Choose a hit target from the list based on the offered reward and the targets stats.

The first one that sends the target to the doctor is considered the killer and earns the reward.

There are limits on how many hits you can perform or contracts you can issue per day.

All these need to be taken into account when deciding which player to hit.

Of course others can snatch the bounty as you think it through.
